Description

  • Handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents and gather essential case information.
  • Communicate with clients to explain legal processes, answer questions, and describe the firm’s services.
  • Document relevant details accurately to support attorneys in evaluating potential cases.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing urgent client needs.
  • Navigate and update electronic systems and client records while speaking with clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client information in compliance with legal standards.
  • Use Excel sheets and other tools to track and organize client data.
  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals as needed.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to help ensure smooth case progression.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
  • A compassionate demeanor and genuine desire to help clients in need.
  • Ability to work the scheduled shift of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Central Time.
