Description

  • Handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Gather essential information about accidents and potential legal representation needs.
  • Communicate legal processes and procedures clearly to clients.
  • Provide information about the firm’s services and answer client questions.
  • Collect and document relevant case details to support attorney review and evaluation.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while speaking with clients.
  • Update electronic systems and maintain accurate client records and data.
  • Use Excel sheets and other tools to track and organize client information.
  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals and assist with document preparation.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Some college coursework is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment or a customer service/intake role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
  • A compassionate demeanor and genuine desire to help clients in need.
  • Availability to work weekday shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Central Time, with possible weekend shifts required.
