Description

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients and respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collect, document, and log essential information from clients about their cases.
  • Provide clients with case updates and guidance on the legal process.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and empathetically, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and client file organization.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and help ensure a positive overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a legal or office environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when working with clients.
  • Compensation of $4-$6 per hour.
