Description

  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex CI/CD, software, and infrastructure issues for enterprise customers.
  • Provide customer support through Slack, Zoom, email, Plain, and community forums.
  • Lead customer-facing retrospectives and planning sessions.
  • Design and implement proactive solutions that prevent recurring support issues.
  • Contribute to and maintain open-source tools, including Bash plugins and Golang utilities.
  • Publish documentation and proactive communications that improve the customer experience.
  • Represent customer feedback in internal product and process improvements.
  • Own and improve support workflows and team operations.
  • Share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Mentor peers and foster an inclusive, supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Strong coding or scripting experience with Bash, Ruby on Rails, or Golang.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical problems.
  • Customer-focused approach with empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Availability to work remotely from the WA timezone, five days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, including Saturday and Sunday.
