Description

  • Own the strategy for expanding revenue within existing customer accounts, including upsell, cross-sell, and portfolio expansion opportunities.
  • Design, execute, and optimize revenue-focused campaigns across email workflows, newsletters, webinars, in-product messaging, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Monitor campaign and account performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and average revenue per account.
  • Partner with Sales to develop account-specific programs, messaging, and assets that support upsells, cross-sells, and shorter sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with Product and CX on go-to-market plans for new features, upgrades, and offerings that drive incremental revenue.
  • Create marketing assets such as case studies, testimonials, landing pages, and email templates to support growth initiatives.
  • Analyze customer portfolio data to segment audiences, identify high-opportunity accounts, and prioritize growth initiatives.
  • Lead testing and optimization across campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and other channels using performance data to scale what works.
  • Develop innovative customer marketing approaches and share best practices to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Deliver regular reporting on revenue impact, campaign performance, and growth opportunities to marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in customer marketing, account-based marketing, or growth marketing focused on existing customers.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, upsells, or cross-sells within existing customer accounts.
  • Advanced HubSpot fluency across all Hubs, including Marketing, Sales, CMS, and Service.
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and dashboards in HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced experience with GA4 for website analytics and performance tracking.
  • Experience with SEMrush or an equivalent SEO/competitor research tool.
  • Experience with Pendo software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft revenue-focused messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Experience creating marketing content such as case studies, testimonials, or targeted campaign assets.
  • Experience working in SaaS or technology sectors, preferred.
  • Familiarity with the residential industry, including condominiums, HOAs, multifamily residential, or proptech, preferred.
  • Experience in written brand storytelling and in-depth content creation, preferred.
  • Portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns, content creation, and measurable results, preferred.
