Description

  • Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting with commentary and recommendations for leadership.
  • Perform variance analysis to compare actual results to budget and forecast, identify performance drivers, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with accounting to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, Sales, and treasury on FP&A-related activities and financial planning needs.
  • Develop financial models and review pricing for new business and renewals.
  • Provide decision-support insights for investments, cost-savings initiatives, and senior finance leadership.
  • Identify and report key metrics, including metrics used for Quarterly Board Reporting.
  • Assist with cash flow and balance sheet projections.
  • Use approved AI tools to improve financial reporting, analysis, and documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 2+ years of progressive responsibility in financial analysis.
  • Experience performing variance analysis and presenting insights to leadership.
  • Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Solid financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and work as a collaborative business partner.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Experience working for SaaS companies is preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Oracle PBCS is preferred.
  • Experience within a Private Equity ownership structure is preferred.
