Description

  • Manage day-to-day ecommerce project workflows across development, creative, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate project kickoffs, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track.
  • Organize and prioritize developer workloads, sprint tasks, and implementation schedules.
  • Track priorities, blockers, and dependencies to maintain clear visibility across teams.
  • Ensure timely handoffs for creative assets, copy, QA, and technical requirements.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and timeline changes proactively to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate status meetings, standups, and project check-ins.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, task boards, and reporting in project management tools.
  • Partner with ecommerce, product, engineering, and marketing teams to support site launches, promotions, campaigns, and optimizations.
  • Support QA and launch readiness processes and help improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in ecommerce, digital, or technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and website development workflows.
  • Experience managing developer tasks, timelines, and agile-style project workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Ability to proactively identify bottlenecks and drive solutions independently.
  • Ecommerce platform experience, with Shopify preferred, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce merchandising, digital marketing, or lifecycle campaigns is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating QA/testing and launch processes is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and communicate them clearly to stakeholders is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities is preferred.

Benefits

  • Temporary 3-month contract starting in July and ending in October, with potential for extension based on business needs.
  • Rate of $35-40/hour.
