Description

  • Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud and on-premises environments for AI/ML, MLOps, and HPC workloads.
  • Oversee GPU-enabled compute clusters, HPC networking, and performance tuning.
  • Direct the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for model training, model deployment, and data-intensive workflows.
  • Guide engineers on containerization, orchestration, system architecture, and infrastructure modernization.
  • Ensure systems meet security, accessibility, and governance requirements through DevSecOps and hardened environments.
  • Own end-to-end delivery for infrastructure and engineering initiatives, including scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop project roadmaps, resource plans, and technical execution milestones.
  • Drive an Agile delivery process tailored to engineering workflows and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across cloud, systems, platform, data, and security disciplines.
  • Monitor project health, escalate blockers, facilitate technical reviews, and brief stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear work packages and implementation strategies.
  • Support operational readiness, system reliability, monitoring, logging, fault tolerance, and capacity management.
  • Partner with security teams to maintain compliance, secure configuration, and continuous risk management.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and performance issues across GPU and HPC platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure projects, systems engineering, cloud engineering, or HPC engineering.
  • Experience leading hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure projects, including AWS or private cloud environments.
  • Hands-on familiarity with GPU-accelerated compute, containerized workloads, Kubernetes, and cluster-based architectures.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to run Agile or hybrid-Agile delivery processes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and coordinating technical efforts.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time OCONUS.
  • Active TS/SI clearance is required.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML platforms, MLOps workflows, or data-intensive systems is preferred.
  • Background with high-speed networking such as InfiniBand, data plane acceleration, or HPC fabrics is preferred.
  • Applicants must have work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
