Description

  • Own paid social strategy and day-to-day execution across platforms (primarily Meta) and coordinate execution with agencies.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, retention) to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize toward core growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, and subscription retention.
  • Develop and scale testing frameworks for audiences, bidding strategies, creative, and landing page experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with lifecycle/CRM, analytics, web, and creative teams to ensure alignment across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and pacing of paid social spend to ensure efficient and scalable growth.
  • Provide clear, data-driven creative direction and work with creative teams to improve ad performance.
  • Prepare and present performance insights, learnings, and recommendations to cross-functional partners and leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, preferably for DTC and/or subscription-based businesses.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid social spend while maintaining or improving efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, experimentation, and performance measurement.
  • Deep platform expertise in Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok Ads strongly preferred.
  • Experience planning and optimizing full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, retention) for subscription growth.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams and providing clear, data-driven creative direction.
  • Advanced analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and pacing paid social spend.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with high ownership and accountability.

Benefits
