Description

  • Lead field support efforts across Specialty Running Accounts and Non-Specialty accounts within the territory.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots programs.
  • Drive National Account sell-through programs and in-store promotions for the assigned store base.
  • Educate retailers, consumers, and other key contacts on Brooks technology and product leadership through seminars and clinics.
  • Monitor and share competitive activity, brand positioning, and market feedback from the territory.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Representative to surface issues, challenges, and successes.
  • Track and report feedback and analysis in ForceManager to measure product initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Represent Brooks at running events and expos, including event setup, breakdown, collateral distribution, consumer engagement, shoe counts, and product trials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of retail experience, with athletic specialty experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of marketing or sales experience in the sports industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of retail math, inventory management, product merchandising, and retail selling skills.
  • Knowledge of performance athletic footwear, apparel, accessories, and related technologies.
  • Understanding of biomechanics, human motion, and injury prevention basics.
  • Familiarity with the local running community, including events, clubs, coaches, and specialty retailers.
  • Extensive travel required, with willingness to work weekends and extended hours.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of a good driving record upon request.
  • Alignment with and enthusiasm for Brooks’ values and culture.
