Description

  • Lead Brooks’ field support strategy across specialty and big-box accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with product launches, merchandising, and grassroots programs.
  • Collaborate on national account promotions and deliver established store-base sell-through goals.
  • Educate and motivate retail associates, runners, and affiliates through clinics, visits, and events.
  • Represent Brooks at national and local running events and expos, including product trials and event operations.
  • Submit weekly field notes covering visits, clinics, events, product feedback, and competitor insights.
  • Create product videos for YouTube, Myagi, educational platforms, and social media as needed.
  • Manage product seeding and corporate card budgets and complete monthly expense reports.
  • Maintain the leased company vehicle and Brooks equipment.

Requirements

  • Live within 25 miles of the designated sales territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of marketing, sales, or retail experience; 2+ years preferred.
  • Outdoor, sports, or athletic industry experience highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of performance footwear, sports bras, apparel, accessories, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of human-motion biomechanics and injury-prevention basics preferred.
  • Understanding of retail math, inventory management, merchandising, and retail selling.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing calendars, contacts, and budgets.
  • Ability to understand running and build authentic relationships with runners and retail communities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work weekends or extended hours as needed.

  • Base salary of $55,603–$77,845, with commission potential.
