Description

  • Lead large-scale technical programs focused on platform modernization, security, and product enablement.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Okta migration projects, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery.
  • Drive alignment and collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
  • Track program progress using metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and security risks associated with identity platform transitions.
  • Implement operational process improvements by standardizing workflows, metrics, and execution models.
  • Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scalable, repeatable technology operations.
  • Create clarity and support executive decision-making using data-driven insights and structured narratives.
  • Oversee technical program management efforts within security and infrastructure domains.
  • Manage third-party SaaS integrations as part of the migration and modernization effort.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience, including at least 4 years of technical program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Okta architecture and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Okta migration in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts and platforms.
  • Expertise in AWS and modern cloud architectures.
  • Experience with microservices and containerization technologies.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience managing third-party SaaS integrations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: Experience driving enterprise-wide security or identity transformations.
  • Preferred: Background in platform or infrastructure modernization programs.
  • Preferred: Exposure to metrics-driven delivery models and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with advanced cloud security practices.
  • Preferred: Experience with large-scale process standardization initiatives.
  • Remote position based on Eastern Standard Time.
  • Full-time or contract employment.
