Description

  • Meet or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing integrated account plans with specific tactics and action steps
  • Demonstrate and communicate subject-matter expertise on the scientific and clinical profile of BBP-418 to customers
  • Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials and a customer-centric approach
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities for growth and areas of concern within the territory
  • Own territory business planning and execute key company initiatives to drive product positioning and availability
  • Compliantly partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional team members to develop access and commercialization strategies
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain professional relationships with targeted KOLs, physicians, hospital personnel, and multidisciplinary center staff
  • Navigate account EMR processes and implement strategies to ensure successful product positioning and availability
  • Plan and organize daily/weekly schedules to maximize efficiency, collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives, and complete tasks assigned by Sales Leadership
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and pharma guidelines while representing the company professionally and ethically

Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry (5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology markets preferred)
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required
  • Proven product or indication launch experience with a track record of launching new products into competitive markets
  • Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, execute on plans, and maintain high personal accountability
  • Ability to influence without authority both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency using remote technology to engage with customers
  • Adherence to high ethical standards and company policies
  • Significant travel required
