Description

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Yardi Voyager Commercial/Retail and integrated applications.
  • Manage user provisioning, security roles, workflow approvals, and system menus to maintain data security and compliance.
  • Lead technical onboarding, data migration, and system setup for newly acquired retail assets.
  • Monitor, test, and implement Yardi updates, plug-ins, and new module rollouts without disrupting operations.
  • Support property management and accounting teams with CAM setups, tax and insurance reconciliations, and recovery configurations.
  • Oversee the setup and administration of percentage rent, gross sales tracking, and variable retail lease structures.
  • Troubleshoot system issues related to retail lease administration, tenant billing, and recurring charge schedules.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards for executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with asset management and finance teams to improve data flow, automate manual workarounds, and maintain data integrity across portfolios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on administration experience specifically with Yardi Voyager Commercial/Retail.
  • Experience with purely residential or multifamily Yardi environments is not accepted.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate accounting, commercial lease logic, and retail recovery mechanics including CAM, recurring charges, and overage rent.
  • Proficiency with Yardi database structures, database mapping, and custom report writing using YSR, Yardi Script, or basic SQL queries.
  • Experience with Yardi Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting (preferred).
  • Experience implementing or managing CommercialCafe or tenant portals (preferred).
  • Prior experience at a commercial real estate investment, asset management, or development firm (preferred).
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex data issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable serving as the sole Yardi expert in the organization.
  • Fully remote availability.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST).

Benefits

  • Salary of $3,500 USD per month.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Standard full-time schedule aligned to US Eastern Time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).
