Description

  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and thoughtfully via email, phone, and chat, using AI-powered tools to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Write personalized responses for a wide range of customer requests.
  • Triage incoming requests and identify patterns in customer issues to share with the team.
  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs for Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to team goals and overall customer success through active participation and collaboration.
  • Share knowledge, support mentorship, and help maintain team documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the greater Salt Lake City, UT area.
  • Must be able to start on July 6th, 2026.
  • Passion for customer support and for helping build a customer-centric team.
  • Ability to communicate technical problems clearly and tactfully.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy, diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.
  • Comfort with and enthusiasm for using AI tools in a customer support environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • FinTech experience (preferred).
  • Prior customer-facing experience, ideally in a support role (preferred).
  • Experience with AI-powered customer service tools (preferred).
  • Current or recent Series 7 and/or 63 securities license (preferred).
  • Willingness to work overtime (preferred).

Benefits

  • Fully remote role based in Salt Lake City.
  • Hourly pay range of $21.00 to $23.00 USD per hour.
  • Overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard work week.
  • Equity may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
