Description

  • Define and own the multi-quarter vision and strategy for a core product area aligned to Brex’s highest priorities.
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive the highest-leverage opportunities that create durable customer and business impact.
  • Manage and develop a team of Product Managers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM leaders on complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Incorporate AI/ML capabilities into customer-facing and internal products where they meaningfully improve user experience, efficiency, or decision quality.
  • Use AI tools for product discovery, analysis, prototyping, experimentation, and execution.
  • Establish planning, prioritization, and execution frameworks across the portfolio.
  • Define success metrics tied to company-level outcomes and ensure measurable results.
  • Drive alignment across teams on initiatives that span multiple functions and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including direct experience managing and developing PMs.
  • Experience owning and scaling complex product areas in B2B, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Proven ability to set strategy across multiple product surfaces and translate it into executable roadmaps.
  • Technically fluent enough to engage in architecture and systems tradeoffs with Engineering.
  • Data-driven approach with experience defining metrics, designing experiments, and using results to make decisions.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making prioritization tradeoffs with incomplete information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities such as LLMs, automation systems, or predictive models into products.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and execution.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $280,000 - $350,000.
  • Equity may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
  • Remote work for up to 4 weeks per year, in minimum one-week increments.
  • Office-based role with flexibility to work in San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, or New York City.
  • Work on high-impact products at a fast-growing company with strong cross-functional exposure.
