Description

  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social channels.
  • Design, layout, animate, and refine digital marketing assets in static, animated, and video formats.
  • Develop creative assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display using the Pencil platform.
  • Take client briefs from insight and concept through copy, image and video generation, and final creative assembly.
  • Adapt and optimize content for multi-channel rollouts across web, mobile, social, e-commerce, and brand campaigns.
  • Implement brand guidelines to maintain visual quality and consistency across projects.
  • Respond to feedback and iterate designs quickly using GenAI tools and techniques.
  • Present work to internal teams and explain how GenAI contributed to ideation or execution.
  • Research, evaluate, and experiment with new GenAI tools and share learnings with the team.
  • Ensure timely, efficient delivery of finished assets across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio.
  • A portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of both traditional and AI-assisted projects.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Veo3.
  • Training on the company’s proprietary Pencil platform will be provided.
  • Strong ability to analyze GenAI-generated outputs, spot subtle errors, and refine prompts or edits to achieve polished results.
  • Strong judgment for identifying where and how GenAI should be used in the creative workflow.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven ideation, prompt creation, and static and video asset generation.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign; Figma is a plus.
  • Strong retouching skills.
  • Strong awareness of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards, including mobile-first best practices and asset adaptation for different channels.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a team-player mindset open to feedback and new ways of working.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, experimenting, and adapting to evolving creative technologies.
  • An optimistic, adaptable mindset regarding the opportunities and ethical considerations of GenAI in the creative industries.
  • Proficiency in English is required for this global business.
  • Remote location in Mexico.
