Description

  • Lead the design delivery of digital, print, and video projects across six divisions of the U.S. and Canada B2B business group.
  • Develop creative and graphic concepts across multiple touchpoints, campaigns, and channels to support content objectives.
  • Define and adapt the brand look and feel across platforms while maintaining consistent execution across all deliverables.
  • Own and enforce design guidelines, templates, and toolkits to support global consistency and high-quality output.
  • Facilitate creative reviews and drive continuous improvement of digital deliverables within scope.
  • Manage and coach junior designers by providing direction, targets, and development support.
  • Monitor team workload and organizational efficiency, making adjustments to meet business needs.
  • Lead the design team through process changes and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Oversee projects through production and online deployment.
  • Manage quality control and ensure finished files meet correct output specifications.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience as a Digital, Interactive, and/or Visual Designer in an advertising, branding, or in-house agency.
  • Experience successfully leading and managing designers.
  • Proven ability to interpret briefs, develop creative brand solutions, and deliver projects within agreed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing content delivery needs, solutions, and processes.
  • Ability to maintain consistency across designs while keeping a highly creative approach.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex topics to stakeholders at multiple levels in person and remotely.
  • Strong strategic capacity to establish mid- and long-term plans, drive execution, and analyze results.
  • B2B experience is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation, experience with design automation, and awareness of UX, UI, and responsive design trends are preferred.
