Description

  • Translate high-level creative direction into actionable sprints and deliverables.
  • Own the execution phase of complex workstreams and protect the integrity of the idea through production.
  • Maintain rigorous daily quality control over design, copy, pacing, UI interactions, and narrative flow.
  • Contribute to concept development and pitch ideas internally and externally.
  • Spend significant time hands-on in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Use emerging technology and digital platforms to prove creative ideas in real-world contexts.
  • Integrate GenAI tools into the pod’s workflow for ideation, mood boarding, asset generation, and copy iteration.
  • Mentor, direct, and inspire senior, mid-level, and junior creatives.
  • Remove roadblocks and support the daily creative growth of team members.
  • Partner with producers and project managers to scope work and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive creative experience in a top-tier agency or tech-forward environment.
  • Proven track record as a Senior Art Director, Senior Copywriter, or Senior Designer leading significant campaigns or platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showing work across digital platforms, interactive experiences, brand campaigns, and social ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience using GenAI tools in daily workflow.
  • Comfort teaching others how to prompt, iterate, and refine AI outputs.
  • Strong communication and delegation skills.
  • Ability to give constructive, actionable feedback without taking over others’ work.
  • Deeply proactive, resilient, and craft-obsessed mindset.
  • Ability to accurately scope creative effort required for a sprint.
  • Experience working with modern tools and platforms such as Figma and Adobe CS.
