Description

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social channels.
  • Design, layout, animate, and refine digital marketing, e-commerce, and social-first content in static, animated, and video formats.
  • Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display in response to client briefs.
  • Take briefs from insight and concept through copy, image and video generation, and final creative assembly using GenAI tools and techniques.
  • Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts, ensuring they follow web, mobile, and social best practices.
  • Apply brand guidelines to maintain visual quality and consistency across all projects.
  • Respond constructively to feedback and iterate designs quickly using GenAI capabilities.
  • Present work to internal teams and explain how GenAI contributed to ideation or execution.
  • Research, evaluate, and experiment with new GenAI tools, sharing insights with the broader team.
  • Ensure timely, efficient delivery of finished assets across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio.
  • A portfolio demonstrating hands-on work on both traditional and AI-assisted projects.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Veo3.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign; Figma is a plus.
  • Strong retouching skills.
  • Strong awareness of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards, including mobile-first best practices and asset adaptation for different channels.
  • A critical eye for detail with the ability to identify and correct subtle errors or inconsistencies in GenAI-generated outputs.
  • Strong judgment in evaluating briefs and identifying where GenAI can add the most efficiency and impact.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven ideation, prompt creation, and static and video asset generation.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work well with feedback and new ways of working.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • An optimistic, adaptable mindset toward the opportunities and ethical considerations of GenAI in creative work.
  • Training on Pencil, the company’s proprietary AI platform, will be provided.
