Description

  • Lead the design delivery of digital, print, and video projects across six divisions of the U.S. and Canada B2B business group.
  • Develop creative and graphic concepts across multiple touchpoints, campaigns, and channels.
  • Ensure all deliverables follow the client’s brand direction, style guides, tone of voice, templates, and toolkits.
  • Facilitate design reviews and drive continuous improvement of digital deliverables.
  • Manage, coach, and develop junior designers by providing clear direction, targets, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor team workload and resource efficiency, adjusting staffing and priorities based on data and feedback.
  • Lead the design team through process changes while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Oversee production through all stages, including online deployment and file preparation.
  • Ensure finished files meet correct output specifications and quality-control standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, strategic stakeholders, copywriters, designers, and clients to deliver projects on time.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience as a Digital, Interactive, and/or Visual Designer in an advertising, branding, or in-house agency.
  • Experience successfully leading and managing designers.
  • Proven ability to interpret briefs, develop creative brand solutions, and deliver projects within agreed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Strong affinity for layout, typography, and idea generation.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing content delivery needs, solutions, and processes.
  • Ability to maintain consistency across designs while keeping a highly creative approach.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, including presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Strong strategic capacity to establish mid- and long-term plans, drive execution, and analyze results.
  • B2B experience is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation is preferred.
  • Experience with design automation is preferred.
  • Awareness of UX, UI, and responsive design trends is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
