Description

  • Partner with Product and peer designers to conduct customer research and uncover insights that inform product decisions and strategy.
  • Design projects across all stages of the design process, from vision through implementation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design and build impactful user experiences.
  • Translate complex intelligence data into clear, useful, and actionable insights for customers.
  • Contribute ideas proactively to improve the product and the company.
  • Help strengthen and enhance the design team and design community.
  • Participate in iterative, sprint-based product development and deliver incremental value.
  • Use data and customer input to guide design decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience designing and shipping impactful product experiences.
  • Experience designing high-quality, complex SaaS products.
  • Experience conducting user research and turning findings into product solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and customer advocacy.
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams in dynamic, agile environments.
  • Proficiency with common design tools such as Figma.
  • Knowledge of AI design tooling.
  • Advanced knowledge of the end-to-end product design process, including research, product strategy, ideation, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, concept refinement, and high-fidelity design.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and iterating quickly.
  • Ability to work in San Francisco, New York, or US Remote in an eligible U.S. state; in-office 2–3 days per week for hub-hybrid roles in San Francisco or New York.
