Description

  • Receive and route client requests for transcreation and production into internal tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with production and creative departments to assign work to the appropriate staff and facilities.
  • Manage project details from kickoff through completion for both internal teams and clients.
  • Develop and deliver budget estimates in collaboration with the internal operations team.
  • Review, schedule, and plan project requests to keep work on track.
  • Maintain the workflow system and keep project records accurate and up to date.
  • Collect structured client feedback and share it with relevant teams.
  • Monitor feedback and implement workflow improvements where needed.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technology bottlenecks in workflow and asset management systems.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience in a creative department.
  • Advertising agency background.
  • Client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing junior project managers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience with workflow management technology and asset management systems is preferred.
