Description

  • Create and adapt designs across channels for global B2B activation campaigns.
  • Work on projects from start to finish, collaborating across teams on adaptation and implementation.
  • Contribute to ideation and creation when needed.
  • Produce design and artwork that aligns with client briefs, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage projects within agreed timescales while maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Present work internally and to clients.
  • Keep up to date with current design trends.
  • Apply best practices for ecommerce, social assets, point of sale, print, and mobile-first content.
  • Maintain the look and feel across a variety of design projects to ensure campaign consistency.
  • Work responsively across multiple projects and brands in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Integrated Designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio.
  • Experience delivering integrated digital campaigns.
  • A strong portfolio of relevant work, including digital, banners, emails, landing pages, in-store, event materials, collateral, icons, infographics, brochures, and campaigns.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates ideas through execution.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with brand identity, visual systems, and campaign identities.
  • Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, or B2B clients preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and associated prototyping tools.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate in a highly collaborative, low-ego team environment.
  • Strong ability to adapt to global workflows and project management tools.
  • Deep affinity for layout, typography, and ideas generation.
