Description

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ideate, create, and deliver integrated digital and social assets.
Design, lay out, animate, and refine static, animated, and video content using GenAI tools.
Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display through the Pencil platform.
Take client briefs from insight and concept through copy, image/video generation, and final creative assembly.
Adapt and optimize assets for web, mobile, social, and other distribution channels.
Apply brand guidelines and maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with client objectives.
Present work to internal teams and explain the role of GenAI in ideation and execution.
Research, evaluate, and share emerging GenAI tools, techniques, and creative applications.
Manage timely delivery across multiple projects and respond constructively to feedback.

Requirements

Experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an advertising agency, in-house team, or design studio.
Portfolio demonstrating traditional and AI-assisted integrated design and motion projects.
Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Veo3; Pencil training is provided.
Hands-on experience with GenAI ideation, prompt creation, and static and video asset generation.
Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign; Figma is a plus.
Strong motion, digital, social, e-commerce, retouching, and asset-adaptation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors in GenAI-generated outputs.
Strong collaboration, communication, project-management, and English-language skills.
Adaptable, resourceful, and enthusiastic about learning evolving creative technologies and GenAI ethics.
