Description

Analyze website performance metrics to inform redesign and optimization recommendations.
Lead content audits and produce Keep-Update-Delete reports.
Develop navigation structures and information architecture for client websites.
Design and build website content in CMS and page builder platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, HubSpot, and Webflow.
Provide UX and CRO feedback on wireframes and visual designs.
Co-lead project delivery with a Project Manager and support timely completion of client work.
Conduct QA reviews of built pages across devices and browsers to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews and persona development.
Carry out IA and UX audits, including heuristic evaluations and gap analysis.
Support brand messaging strategy, naming, copy tone, and style guidance deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in UX, web design, digital strategy, or content marketing.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheets such as Google Sheets and Excel.
Working knowledge of UX, CRO, and content best practices.
Comfort using CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot.
Experience with visual page builders such as Elementor or Webflow is a strong plus.
Fluency in CSS is highly desirable.
Understanding of the modern digital marketing landscape.
Access to reliable, professional-grade hardware and a stable internet connection.
Comfort working in a fully remote, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to collaborate across time zones when needed.

Benefits

Starting salary of CAD $45,000–$55,000 per year, plus commission.
Commission on top of base salary.
