Description

  • Review editorial, design, and video work before it is delivered to clients.
  • Approve work that is on-brief and ready for client review, or provide actionable feedback when revisions are needed.
  • Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
  • Track tasks and deliverables for assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Work with production teams to ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and on brief.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for production deliverables and provide guidance to production teams.
  • Attend weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client check-ins.
  • Escalate and help resolve content or strategy issues quickly and effectively.
  • Manage multiple schedules, processes, and competing priorities across teams.
  • Act as the client’s internal advocate and maintain strong client and team communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editorial and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with proprietary software and industry tools.
  • Ability to work at a computer during standard working hours.
  • Exceptional organizational and record-keeping habits.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and product knowledge.
  • Open to candidates in British Columbia and Alberta for a 100% remote, full-time role.
