Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 20-25 client accounts across a wide range of industries.
  • Build strong client relationships and understand each client’s business objectives and needs.
  • Consult on, develop, and maintain multi-faceted content marketing strategies for clients.
  • Interpret research and statistical reporting and present performance insights to clients.
  • Demonstrate strategy success through ROI reporting and delivery against client objectives.
  • Drive client retention and growth by selling follow-on strategies and creating statements of work.
  • Collaborate with editorial, graphics, video, social media, and web integration teams to execute campaigns.
  • Manage multiple initiatives and projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to bring content strategies to life and deliver strong ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in account management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current content marketing and SEO strategy trends.
  • Strong understanding of content optimization and UX best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, web analytics, social media strategy, and digital marketing consulting is preferred.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how businesses make decisions and generate revenue.
  • Must be available for quarterly meet-ups and occasional travel to client sites.
  • Remote full-time contract position open to candidates across New Zealand.
