Description

  • Own root-cause analysis and resolution for critical incidents and complex order-flow issues.
  • Design and implement hotfixes and platform enhancements, including work up to 100 hours per month.
  • Review code, enforce engineering best practices, and guide junior developers.
  • Collaborate with the SDM on governance and KPI reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI, ADA, security, and data privacy standards.
  • Participate in release planning and CAB meetings.
  • Cross-train team members on Hybris, Java, and GraphQL integrations.
  • Promote and enforce information security practices across information assets.
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks affecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Ensure data protection measures are applied throughout the information lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris) development.
  • 5+ years overall experience, including leadership experience on Hybris projects.
  • Expertise in SAP Hybris modules including payment integrations, order management, cart and checkout, and promotion engine.
  • Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, OCC APIs, and SAP ECC/S4 integration.
  • Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting complex Hybris issues.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
  • GraphQL knowledge for API-driven integrations.
  • Availability to work US business hours and on-call support for P1 incidents in the Arizona time zone.
  • Preferred location in Mexico, Costa Rica, or Colombia.
  • Understanding of data privacy and protection standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
