Description

  • Partner with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver business outcomes through working solutions.
  • Write business user stories and development tasks, and maintain team documentation.
  • Consolidate data and support the technical implementation of business solutions, including interfaces and user journeys.
  • Track, organize, and document requirements-gathering sessions and drive projects forward.
  • Identify project or production issues and help resolve them or escalate to prevent delays.
  • Build strong relationships with client and internal team members to support successful delivery.
  • Work independently with initiative to complete work in a timely and effective manner.
  • Promote continuous learning of new skills, techniques, and tools.
  • Apply a digital-first mindset and stay informed on digital trends and technologies.
  • Promote and enforce information security practices, including password security, malware protection, and acceptable use.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a relevant program or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with requirements and project tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with multiple SDLCs, including Agile, Scrum, and traditional waterfall.
  • CSPO certification is a plus.
  • Foundation in core product management skill sets.
  • Experience working on multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Digital agency experience is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate data privacy and protection standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
