Description

  • Define reporting use cases with client stakeholders and identify the decisions each report must support.
  • Prioritize 13+ dashboards and related data-remediation work according to business value.
  • Produce clear, testable business requirements and maintain standards for report ownership, purpose, titles, and layouts.
  • Own end-to-end report quality and promptly identify broken reports.
  • Engage directly with CIOs and business stakeholders as a strategic delivery partner.
  • Partner daily with Snowflake remediation and Power BI delivery teams to manage scope and uphold standards.
  • Promote information-security practices, including acceptable use, malware protection, and password security.
  • Identify, assess, and report information-security risks affecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data assets.
  • Ensure data storage, processing, transmission, and lifecycle protections comply with privacy standards, including GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

  • Experience leading enterprise data warehouse engagements end to end, ideally using Snowflake with Power BI as the reporting layer.
  • Strong ability to define business requirements and reporting use cases.
  • Experience working directly with senior client leaders, including CIO, CFO, and COO stakeholders.
  • Ability to make and defend prioritization decisions under pressure.
  • Strong data-quality instincts, including identifying UTM, integration, and data-pipeline issues.
  • Knowledge of information-security practices, risk assessment, data privacy, and data-protection standards.
  • Ability to evaluate how data is stored, processed, and transmitted.
