Description

  • Lead cross-functional client engagements and ensure cohesive delivery across competencies.
  • Identify marketing use cases and data initiatives aligned with client business objectives.
  • Develop data strategies, including signal assessment, KPI setting, ecosystem readiness assessments, roadmaps, and value creation cycles.
  • Assess client data maturity and stakeholder needs, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate strategic data and agile roadmaps.
  • Recommend data warehousing, modeling, engineering, business intelligence, and related improvements to support business outcomes.
  • Coordinate delivery pods and translate business objectives into marketing activities, innovation opportunities, and execution tactics.
  • Oversee Data Strategy team members on complex accounts and help build the broader practice.
  • Analyze and communicate program results to secure stakeholder investment, account expansion, and accelerator engagements.
  • Develop team capabilities, playbooks, documentation, and practice-wide data perspectives.
  • Support pitches, estimates, statements of work, QBRs, and follow-on business opportunities while maintaining billable utilization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in digital, consulting, or analytics.
  • Functional expertise with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI; SQL experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies including Snowflake, AWS, or Azure and their use with customer, digital, and operational data.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the advanced analytics landscape.
  • Understanding of data governance, compliance, and privacy requirements, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Experience leading teams and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Ability to assess information security risks and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
