Description

  • Configure and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, mappings, Profile enablement, and AEP sandboxes.
  • Implement batch, streaming, SDK, and API ingestion pipelines and data transformations.
  • Develop identity resolution frameworks, including namespaces, linkages, and profile merging.
  • Validate data quality, schemas, identities, audiences, events, and segmentation readiness.
  • Configure destination connectors and integrate RTCDP with marketing, analytics, personalization, and downstream systems.
  • Troubleshoot ingestion failures, mapping errors, identity conflicts, and segmentation issues.
  • Implement data validation, anomaly detection, consent management, access controls, and governance workflows.
  • Maintain documentation for data flows, mappings, datasets, and governance controls.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, analysts, data scientists, privacy teams, and activation teams.
  • Improve CDP automation, process efficiency, and operational practices.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data engineering, MarTech engineering, or CDP operations.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Adobe RTCDP experience with ingestion, transformation, identity resolution, and activation.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Source Connectors, streaming and batch ingestion, Data Prep, and Query Service.
  • Strong understanding of XDM schemas, dataset configuration, and Profile enablement.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
  • Experience with APIs, Adobe I/O Runtime, Web SDK, and streaming ingestion.
  • Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure; experience with Snowflake, Salesforce CDP, Segment, Redshift, or BigQuery is a plus.
  • Knowledge of consent, privacy, and governance requirements, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Adobe Experience Cloud experience is preferred.
