Description

  • Own and develop the outbound playbook to generate new business in U.S. law firms and corporate legal departments.
  • Identify and research potential clients using sales intelligence tools and other sources.
  • Initiate prospect outreach via cold calling, email, social networks (SNS), networking events, and other channels.
  • Conduct sales meetings and manage the end-to-end sales process from qualification to close.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM and follow up on pipeline items.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and CSO to shape processes, tooling, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent BoostDraft at industry events and travel periodically for customer visits and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of enterprise software, legal-tech, or law-firm sales experience.
  • Proven success in cold outreach and lead generation across phone, email, and social channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and hit or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and a natural hunter who builds relationships from scratch.
  • Willingness to collaborate with a globally distributed team and adapt culturally.
  • Hands-on experience with sales intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo) (preferred).
  • Channel or partnership development experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the legal-tech landscape or prior work with law firms (preferred).
  • Willingness to accept an initial 3-month consignment contract with the intention to transition to full-time and to travel periodically for events and customer visits.

Benefits

  • Base salary $60,000–$100,000.
  • Sales commission OTE $120,000–$200,000+ with an uncapped commission structure.
