Description

  • Manage a portfolio of domains and maintain databases of profiles, statuses, metrics, and activities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify issues, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and test hypotheses to improve local visibility and performance.
  • Create, prioritize, and coordinate tasks for developers, designers, and other team members.
  • Manage review acquisition and reputation management processes.
  • Monitor Google Maps profile quality and performance, and conduct regular profile and website audits.
  • Document processes, successful approaches, and test results.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Optimize operational workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, and design teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Analytical thinking with the ability to identify patterns and draw conclusions from data.
  • Confident use of Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas and basic data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing large lists of domains, profiles, and metrics.
  • Ability to structure work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
  • Project coordination and communication skills for working with developers, designers, and other teams.
  • Independent problem-solving and ability to find practical solutions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
  • Willingness and ability to learn Local SEO, Google Maps, and new tools from scratch.
  • Ownership, proactivity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
