Description

  • Greet pet parents and their pets and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
  • Manage the schedule for daily appointments and walk-ins.
  • Take and make calls and communicate by email with other veterinary practices and clients as needed.
  • Keep common areas clean and well stocked.
  • Provide high levels of hospitality, answer questions, and share information and education with clients.
  • Support clients throughout their visit as the first and last touchpoint at the clinic.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing receptionist role.
  • Experience in the veterinary industry preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask accurately and efficiently.
  • Comfort typing and using multiple computer systems.
  • Prior experience in veterinary practices or animal care is a plus.
  • Must have independent, unrestricted, valid authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
  • Must be able to accept new employment for this position; Bond Vet does not sponsor employment-based visas or facilitate F-1 visa STEM OPT.
  • Full-time availability for a 40-hour workweek with a rotating schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week.
