Description

  • Support members through phone, chat, and email during assigned shifts in the languages you speak fluently.
  • Manage care coordination tasks including platform sign-up, technical troubleshooting, intake collection, appointment scheduling and cancellations, and service education.
  • Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer members to the appropriate level and modality of care.
  • Respond to crises such as suicide risk with in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
  • Provide consultation, psychoeducation, empathy, and motivational support for mental health, substance use, and family or relationship concerns.
  • Engage in CIR intake and coaching services for global members and customers.
  • Identify, research, and resolve barriers to care, technical issues, and other member or provider problems.
  • Document member interactions in English within Spring Health’s online systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to report and resolve issues and improve the member experience.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, training, and special internal projects while following confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field with licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist.
  • Counselor, psychotherapist, or social worker with appropriate credentials in your U.S. state or country of residence.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
  • Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and Dutch.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills.
  • Additional language fluency such as Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer platforms at the same time and learning new systems.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Comfortable working Monday-Friday, 12pm to 8pm CEST.
  • KPIs include connection-to-care metrics, productivity, and member satisfaction.

  • Target base salary of $54,750–$69,350.
