Description

  • Correlate and map external partner SKU codes to internal product identifiers with high accuracy.
  • Review incoming datasets, correct formatting inconsistencies, and standardize data to internal templates before ingestion.
  • Manage the ingestion of monthly partner files into internal databases and reporting tools.
  • Validate incoming and processed datasets for accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
  • Identify anomalies, discrepancies, and inconsistencies in partner data and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
  • Support e-commerce reconciliation by matching transaction data, SKUs, and invoice records.
  • Maintain and clean historical datasets, including large volumes of account-level data.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data preparation and validation workflows while preserving accuracy.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in data labeling, error analysis, quality control, or similar data-focused workflows.
  • Experience working with operational data, data validation, or data preparation.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level.
  • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive workflows.
  • Organized and able to manage high-volume tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Adaptable to changing data formats and partner reporting structures.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with analysts and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive in identifying data inconsistencies and escalating potential issues.
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for large data files, preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with SQL or data querying tools, preferred.
