Description

  • Interact with customers to provide accurate, complete information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Process customer inquiries and complaints regarding client products and services.
  • Track, document, prioritize, and resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support customer needs.
  • Stay updated on product and service knowledge through coordination with the external team.
  • Identify opportunities and recommendations for continuous process improvement.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, including email, phone, or chat support.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs, as well as MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
  • Strong and effective phone contact handling skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
  • Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind.
  • Intermediate understanding of common customer experience best practices.
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of customers.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
