Description

  • Present a clear product vision and mobile strategy to senior leadership and align stakeholders.
  • Own sprint planning, scoping, execution, and roadmap prioritization for the mobile app.
  • Define user journeys and deliver personalized mobile experiences and notifications with UX, research, lifecycle, and engineering partners.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams and translate mobile needs into clear specifications.
  • Partner with Content Technology and Data Science to integrate AI and LLM-powered features into the mobile journey.
  • Mitigate delivery risks, adjust plans as needed, and ensure high-quality releases are delivered on time.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate mobile features and improve conversion rates.
  • Report key performance metrics to executives in collaboration with product analytics.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience with measurable business outcomes in a mobile-first or app-centric environment.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Comfort collaborating with engineers on complex implementation decisions.
  • Ability to solve complex problems independently using structured frameworks and data-driven insights.
  • Customer-first mindset with experience synthesizing user feedback and research into prioritized product requirements.
  • Expertise in defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and using quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with a subscription-based, data-focused product is preferred.
  • Experience with international product development or localization processes is preferred.
  • Experience using AI in products, or a general understanding of AI, is preferred.
