Description

  • Manage project operations and infrastructure by maintaining and improving tools and repositories such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recurring team and project meetings, capturing decisions, action items, and next steps.
  • Track follow-through on meeting outcomes to ensure accountability and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Support day-to-day scheduling, team coordination, and project cadence to keep work organized and moving forward.
  • Monitor team capacity, cross-workstream dependencies, risks, and action items, and escalate or resolve misalignment when needed.
  • Partner with change management and training leads to coordinate training, outreach, and partner engagement efforts.
  • Lead project design and maintain client relationships as a senior consultant subject matter expert.
  • Manage projects to high client satisfaction with minimal oversight.
  • Translate complex discussions and inputs into clear summaries, action items, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including 4 or more years in a consulting firm environment.
  • Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience, including 2 or more years in project leadership roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to own and manage large projects across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and the ability to bring structure and clarity to evolving work.
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through to ensure tasks, decisions, and deliverables are completed.
  • Preferred: Experience working with or alongside state and local public health agencies, a recognized project management certification, organizational change management experience, software build experience, and the ability to translate technical language across stakeholders.

  • Salary range of $87,360 to $120,640 annually.
