Description

  • Build strategic, trusted relationships with healthcare leaders and advise them on best practices for KitCheck and KitCheck Anywhere.
  • Lead live product demonstrations virtually and in person to help hospital teams evaluate and adopt the platforms within existing workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales to communicate product value, support sales performance, and help achieve revenue goals.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels of the hospital, from frontline technical staff to the C-suite.
  • Apply hospital pharmacy operations and patient safety knowledge to provide clinical and operational guidance to customers.
  • Partner with product teams to share customer feedback and clinical input that inform the roadmap.
  • Work with marketing to lead webinars and create educational content for prospective and current clients.
  • Stay current on legislation, trends, regulations, and practices affecting nursing, pharmacy, supply chain, and healthcare.

Requirements

  • Pharmacist with at least 5+ years of management experience in a hospital setting.
  • Deep hands-on experience with KitCheck and/or RFID-based inventory systems.
  • Ability to run demonstrations and answer technical and clinical questions with minimal support.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve hospital processes.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy procurement, inventory management, and patient safety.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously and lead multidisciplinary projects with minimal oversight.
  • Polished, confident presenter who can tailor communication for audiences ranging from frontline staff to the C-suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Open to applicants in the continental United States.
