Description

  • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release validation, and other Agile delivery activities.
  • Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across enterprise applications and analytics solutions.
  • Track defects, coordinate issue resolution, and support operational readiness activities.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Support validation of reporting outputs, analytics workflows, and enterprise data platform solutions.
  • Participate in testing and validation activities involving Databricks-based reporting or analytics environments.
  • Maintain Agile documentation, process artifacts, and testing deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, QA/Test Engineering, or Agile delivery roles.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software delivery in Agile environments.
  • Experience creating user stories, test scenarios, and supporting release activities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with testing methodologies and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Exposure to Databricks through analytics platforms, reporting validation, testing, or enterprise data environments is required.
  • Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or cloud-based platforms is preferred.
  • Experience validating reporting outputs, data workflows, or enterprise analytics systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data lakes, warehouses, or modern data ecosystems is preferred.
  • Scrum or Agile certifications are preferred.
  • Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives is preferred.
