Description

  • Generate weekly demand and supply supportability reporting for networking hardware devices.
  • Analyze week-over-week changes in demand, supply, and supportability while maintaining traceability and consistency in reporting.
  • Validate and reconcile complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses into supply chain data, assumptions, and calculations to identify gaps and risks.
  • Create and maintain documentation for data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into supply position, risks, and gaps.
  • Partner with engineering teams to design and build internal tools and improve reporting infrastructure.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, datasets, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across demand planning, supply planning, sourcing, and execution.
  • Support weekly and monthly KPI reporting.
  • Enable scenario planning and what-if analysis for supply chain decision-making.
  • Communicate insights clearly to business and technical stakeholders to influence decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field and 7+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations, or a Master’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning, demand/supply analysis, or related functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and validation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Experience developing or maintaining business intelligence dashboards, such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: experience in large-scale technology or hardware supply chain environments.
  • Preferred: familiarity with distributed data systems such as Kusto or similar analytics platforms.
  • Preferred: experience partnering with engineering teams to build internal tools or automate workflows.
  • Preferred: demonstrated experience improving business processes and productionizing reporting solutions.
  • Preferred: experience enabling scenario planning or simulation models for supply/demand optimization.
  • Preferred: prior experience working with cross-functional teams across planning, sourcing, and operations.
  • Preferred: strong project management skills with experience leading initiatives end-to-end.
