Description

  • Support the planning and execution of qualitative research studies, including in-depth interviews and usability testing.
  • Conduct and assist with user interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability evaluations to understand user workflows and pain points.
  • Manage research operations, including participant recruitment, scheduling, note-taking, and study logistics.
  • Analyze qualitative data and synthesize findings into themes, reports, and presentations.
  • Create research deliverables such as summaries, insights decks, and documentation.
  • Maintain organized research repositories and documentation for team access and reuse.
  • Collaborate across multiple research projects to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Translate user feedback into product and design recommendations.
  • Ensure research activities align with privacy, consent, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Information Science, Market Research, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in UX research, user research, or market research.
  • Demonstrated experience with qualitative research methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and qualitative synthesis.
  • Strong ability to analyze and communicate research findings clearly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Comfort working in technical or complex product environments.
  • Experience researching enterprise software, technical products, or data/analytics tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, analytics platforms, or developer-focused tools is preferred.
  • Experience supporting research in technical user domains such as data professionals, engineers, or analysts is preferred.
  • Exposure to end-to-end research workflows, including study design through delivery, is preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional product teams is preferred.
