Description

  • Own and manage integrated workback plans across readiness, validation, communications, and launch milestones.
  • Drive execution cadence through standups, status reviews, and checkpoints.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution while communicating tradeoffs.
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs end to end.
  • Define validation phases and manage phased, ring-based deployments.
  • Coordinate participant onboarding, access, training, and logistics for testing and rollout activities.
  • Capture, synthesize, and centralize feedback, issues, and resolutions into actionable insights.
  • Partner with engineering, customer experience, and readiness teams to align timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate readiness activities including training, communications, launch preparation, asset development, publication workflows, and compliance approvals.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, status updates, and program reporting.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Proven experience in workback planning, execution management, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience running UAT programs, pilots, or phased/iterative rollouts.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills without direct authority.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including PowerPoint expertise.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Experience using collaboration and productivity tools such as SharePoint, project tracking tools, and document collaboration platforms.
  • Prior experience working within a large enterprise environment for at least 1 year.
  • PMP or PMI certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ring-based deployment or experimental rollout frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience in customer experience, readiness, or enablement programs is preferred.
  • Experience working alongside engineering teams in a non-technical program management capacity is preferred.
  • Proficiency with modern collaboration tools such as Teams, Planner, and Loop is preferred.
