Description

  • Manage project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Deliver projects against fixed external deadlines using critical-path and buffer management.
  • Maintain client dependency registers with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
  • Manage risk registers, project dependencies, and formal change-control processes.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors, including contracts, credentials, and integration timelines.
  • Run Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams and manage milestone- and gate-based acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare client-facing status reports and communicate project progress to stakeholders and executives.
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, risks, conflicts, and delivery blockers.
  • Maintain accountability for deliverables and uphold project management best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience managing software-development projects.
  • Experience delivering against fixed, immovable deadlines such as product launches or trade shows.
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Experience coordinating third-party vendors and distributed engineering teams.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery methods.
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project-tracking tools.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience working with large, complex systems; regulatory or compliance project experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to overlap with U.S. business hours.
  • PMP, CSM, or PSM certification preferred.
  • Experience with nearshore U.S.–LATAM delivery teams preferred.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, attention to detail, client focus, and positive attitude.
