Description

  • Build new features and enhancements for the client’s primary SaaS product.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, performance, and functionality across the application.
  • Write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that align engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Create and maintain well-scoped Jira tickets with acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive designs in Figma to communicate product concepts and user flows.
  • Work directly with developers during sprints to answer questions, review requirements, attend demos, and check test cases.
  • Analyze product usage data and reporting in Power BI to support prioritization and measure feature impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and client stakeholders to keep work moving smoothly through release.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or similar product-focused role.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment, preferably.
  • Proven experience writing high-quality PRDs and breaking down complex initiatives into user stories and tickets.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and ticket lifecycle tracking.
  • Working proficiency in Figma, including wireframes, mockups, and basic interactive prototypes.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools to analyze product metrics and build reports.
  • Comfortable working directly with engineering teams during Agile sprint ceremonies, including standups, refinement, sprint reviews, and retros.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with distributed or fully remote teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies is a plus.
  • Background in QA, UX research, or front-end development is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a consultancy or client-services environment is a plus.
