Description

  • Execute data-driven media buying strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency and results.
  • Analyze historical and current campaign data to inform media mix, performance projections, and optimization opportunities.
  • Recommend and allocate channel-specific budgets, maintain daily/weekly/monthly pacing, and ensure campaigns stay within financial targets.
  • Track and report key KPIs such as leads, CPA, CPL, engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
  • Conduct market research to identify effective media channels and stay current on platform updates, media trends, and emerging technologies (including AI/automation).
  • Present media strategies, performance insights, and optimization recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising campaign effectiveness and iterate on tactics to improve ROI.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with B2B services/recruiting to software development firms.
  • Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms (experience with TikTok and YouTube preferred).
  • Must have experience with Google Ads and HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party tracking platforms.
  • Experience with media buying and planning tools and familiarity with AI/automation tools used in media optimization (preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present strategies and results to clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work remotely while being based in Latin America (role listed as Remote — Latin America / Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico).
