Description

  • Execute data-driven media buying strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify the most effective media channels and inform media mix decisions.
  • Analyze historical campaign data and performance metrics to create projections and optimize campaigns.
  • Recommend channel-specific budgets and optimize spend based on performance and pacing goals.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency.
  • Track and report key KPIs such as leads, CPA, CPL, engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
  • Manage and allocate media budgets across channels, maintaining daily/weekly/monthly pacing to meet financial targets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies (including AI and automation) and apply learnings to campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or working with B2B services/recruiting for software development firms.
  • Must have experience with Google Ads and HubSpot.
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, third-party trackers).
  • Proficiency with media buying and planning tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Ability to work remotely from Latin America (Mexico City preferred); familiarity with AI and automation tools is a plus.
